How to draw Izuku Midoriya.

STEP-1

First of all draw a circle.

STEP-2

Now draw these lines it'll help you to locate the area to draw eyes, nose, ear and mouth.

STEP-3

Now start drawing his face beneath the circle.

STEP-4

Now draw these two lines for the Neck.

STEP-5

Now draw his clothes he's wearing UA high uniform.

STEP-6

Draw his hair. He has rough looking and messy  hair.

STEP-7

Now draw his large and round eyes and ears. Half of his ears are hiding in his hair. 

STEP-8

Now draw his nose and mouth. Draw his mouth at the end of the circle.

STEP-9

Now draw this shadow in his hair. 

STEP-10

Now start drawing outline and don't forget to add a new layer for it.

STEP-11

Now remove the previous rough work layer.

STEP-12

Now colour Midoriya with blue clothes. His hair and eyes are green. Colour the shadow on his hair with dark green colour. Many people believe his hairs are black , but messiness casts a shadow on his own hair.
