First of all draw a circle.
STEP-2
Now draw this lines it'll help you to locate the area to draw eyes, nose and ears.
STEP-3
Now start drawing Kakashi's Face beneath the circle.
STEP-4
Now draw Kakashi's headband he's hiding his left eye with it as you can see in the picture above.
STEP-5
Now draw his eyes and ear his eyes are small and full of laziness.
STEP-6
Now start drawing his hari above the headband and draw his mask beneath the headband.
STEP-7
Now draw this 2 lines for his neck.
STEP-8
Draw his clothes as you can see in the picture above.
STEP-9
Now start drawing outline. But don't forgot to add a new layer for it.
STEP-10
Now remove the previous rough work layer.
STEP-11
Now Colour kakashi with black eyes, green and black clothes and white hairs.
